Since the first African was sold into bondage on American soil, there has been division between black and white. Resolution has to start with you and me, one relationship at a time; not by laws but by a spirit of love and forgiveness, honesty, vulnerability and courage.
Oh tell me how, how are things supposed to be in the land called the home of the brave and free. It seems we're too busy fightin' each other. We gotta understand one another somehow, somehow startin' with you and me...
